Insurance Information

Everett Physical Therapy is not in any insurance network at this time.  This means that you are eligible for your "Out-of-Network" benefits provided to you through your insurance.  Payment will be due at the time of services and a receipt or EOB (Explanation of Benefits) will be provided to you that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement.

We understand that this can be financially limiting, however with the current restrictions insurances place on practicing therapist we feel your care would be greatly limited otherwise.  We believe the traditional methods of treatment often just cover the "symptoms" rather than getting to the true issue. A more holistic, individualized, one-on-one approach is more effective and efficient.
